Cooling-off for consumers
If you are a consumer under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act framework and purchase directly from us online, you may cancel within fourteen calendar days from purchase unless digital materials were explicitly unlocked with your consent before the period ends.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to standard catalogue courses purchased for individual seats. Corporate master services agreements follow the invoicing schedule attached to those contracts.
Partial attendance
If you attend more than one live session or download protected materials, we may offer a partial credit instead of a full refund, proportional to consumed value.
Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, venue deposits already remitted, or bespoke consulting blocks scheduled within seven days are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.
Process
Email [email protected] with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days and decide within ten business days unless further verification is required.
Method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Card refunds may take up to two billing cycles depending on your issuer.
Cancellations by Slicibex Digital
If we cancel a cohort due to low enrolment or force majeure, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund within fourteen days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights available in Singapore. For unresolved disputes you may contact CASE or escalate through the courts.
