By accessing slicibex.digital you agree to these Terms of Use and to use the site in line with Singapore laws and any acceptable use policies communicated during enrolment.

Course outlines describe intended learning activities. We may adjust schedules, mentors, or lab partners to maintain quality or to comply with venue and vendor constraints. Material changes are communicated by email to registered learners.

Where accounts are issued, you must provide accurate contact details and keep credentials confidential. You may not share lab tenants, downloads, or mentor-provided artefacts outside your enrolled cohort unless written permission states otherwise.

All curriculum materials, diagrams, and recordings remain the property of Slicibex Digital or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for personal professional development during the access window stated on your invoice.

You must not attempt to disrupt labs, probe other learners’ environments, upload malware, scrape the site in bulk, or use automated tools to harvest pricing or personal data. Breach may result in immediate removal without refund beyond statutory rights.

Training is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and related Singapore law, we exclude indirect losses such as lost revenue or reputation, except where such exclusion is not permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. You may also access dispute schemes administered by CASE or other recognised mediation bodies where applicable.

We may update these terms to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The “Last updated” date will change and, where required, we will provide reasonable notice before material updates affect active cohorts.
